- Non Starchy Vegetables
- Non Fat milk and yogurt
- Tomatoes
- Blueberries
- Oranges/Grapefruits (fruit, NOT the juice for obvious reasons but the fruit gives you fiber)
- Salmon
- Walnuts/almonds
- Beans
- Leafy Green Vegetables
- Whole Grains
